Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Expect shipping delays.

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 5-9 business days. Made to order are 1-3 weeks for production. Please note made to order may take extra time depending on work load. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.

SIYATI is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. SIYATI does not hold responsibility for package that state are delivered. If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 2 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.

No returns or exchanges on Accessories, handprinted and made to order items or sale items All sales are final.

For hand painted pieces any variation in color or detailing is a result of the handcrafted nature of this item. Slight imperfections are not to be considered defects, but add to its value and unique character.
